Technical or contractual questions about the contents of this RFP are due no later than the COB June 15, 2022, to the attention of Mr. Strat Cavros, Manager, Acquisitions, Contracts & Business Development at scavros@aashto.org. AASHTO will strive to answer questions and post those answers on the AASHTO website (and by email to prospective offerors) as an Amendment to the RFP by COB on June 18, 2022.

Offers must be sent to the attention of Mr. Cavros at scavros@aashto.org no later than 4:00 p.m. EDT, June 30, 2022. AASHTO will make an award to the successful offeror by August 1, 2022.
